Strict Quality Control of Production

(1) Raw material control

At our loacl area, there are many raw material manufacturers and we keep good relationship with them, we have large and stable purchase quantity from them and they guarantee to supply stable quality material to us. They arranged a person who only responsible for our material's production and delivery to make sure safe quality.

(2) Workshop

Our workers are trained before entering the workshop. QC inspection is carried out in the middle of the process, and the next process is checked to see whether the last process is correct. All the workers are checked.

(3) Quality Control

A. Flash chips test

100% H2test must all passed.

B. QC inspection

Workers check whether the packs contain hair and dust before making packaging,and clear all the products too.

(4) Quality complains

If any customers make quality complains, we will forwarder it to our service team. They will report directly to our factory manager.Usually we will hold a meeting with production, purchasing and packaging departments in 12 hours, and will response in 24 hours with feedback and solution.

If sure quality problem with our flash chips, we will bear the costing and remake the goods again.
